Please note, we are unable to accept ticket bookings or requests via email. The online booker is the only method to secure your event tickets.

    • Why do I need a ticket?
Starting in 2024 most Indoor Hockey UK events will require spectators to get a ticket before they will be allowed access to the venue. Some tickets will be free whilst some events will be charged for. A ticket is required to enable the event organisers to monitor the number of people that will be attending the event, and ensure the correct number of stewards and medical personnel are present.
    • Why am I now having to pay when it's previously been free to attend?
All events Indoor Hockey UK run breakeven with team entry fees covering the cost to run the event. Following increases in the cost of security, stewarding, medical provisions and insurance at events we had to make the decison as to how these cost increases were going to be funded. As these costs change depending on the number of spectators in attendance, the fairest way to cover these increases was to charge spectators rather than add them onto the team entry fees. Some events, where spectator numbers remain low, will continue to be free to attend.
    • Who needs a ticket?
Anyone that is classed as a spectator to the event. If you are part of a team (player, coach, manager, medical), an appointed official (umpire, technical official) or a member of the event crew (media, logistics etc.) you do not need a ticket, but you will need to ensure you are registered on the tournament management system.
    • How do I get my ticket?
All tickets will be delivered to your email inbox when using the online booker. You can download and save your tickets to your phone or print them off and bring them with you. Alternatively, you can show us the confirmation email when you arrive.
    • What if I forget or can't access my tickets?
We appreciate there's a lot to remember when coming to an event, particularly if you're coming from abroad. If you do forget your ticket, or you can't access it via your mobile device at the venue, don't worry - the event help desk will be able to search for your tickets on the database, and provide you with a pass to gain entry to the event.
    • I've arrived at the venue and don't have a ticket. Will I be turned away?
Hopefully not but we need to know the number of people that will be in the venue to ensure all health and safety measures are met. Therefore if you don't have a ticket we may not be able to let you in. However, if you have turned up without a ticket, as long as there are still tickets available, you can get a ticket on the door but we can not guarentee this.
    • I don't want to give my details to a third-party ticketing company. How can I attend?
Fear not - our online booker is part of the Indoor Hockey UK system and your data is only accessible by Indoor Hockey UK. Your data will be used in line with the Indoor Hockey UK Privacy Policy, and will only be used for event related activity.
    • The online booker isn't working. Can I contact someone?
If you are having any technical problems with the online booker, or you don't get a confirmation email with your tickets, please email ticketing@indoorhockey.uk and our ticketing team will be able to help.
