About this Award

The Player of the Tournament award is presented to the player at each event chosen by the Tournament Directors who they feel have stood out, demonstrated good skill and helped their team be their best.

The award was first introduced in 2018, but unfortunately no records were kept of the worthy winners. Since 2023, it was agreed to formally recognise each award recipient and add their names to our websites' hall of fame. 

The award winners are chosen by the appointed Tournament Directors that have attended each event. The award may not be presented at every event organised by #indoorhockeyUK.
